How To Make Party Decorations Out Of Tissue Paper

1. Cut a rectangle of tissue paper that is about 12-18 inches wide and as long as you want the table runner to be. 2. Cut a second rectangle of tissue paper that is slightly smaller than the first. 3. Glue the smaller rectangle of tissue paper to the center of the larger rectangle. 4. Fold the edges of the tissue paper over the edges of the table runner and secure with glue or double-sided tape.Honeycomb Balls:
1. Cut two circles of tissue paper that are about 12-18 inches in diameter. 2. Fold the circles in half and then in half again. 3. Cut small slits around the edges of the folded circles, about 1/2 inch apart. 4. Unfold the circles and glue them together around the edges. 5. Insert a toothpick into the center of the honeycomb ball and twist it to hold the ball together.Lanterns:
1. Cut a piece of tissue paper that is about 18 inches square. 2. Fold the tissue paper in half and then in half again. 3. Cut small slits around the edges of the folded tissue paper, about 1/2 inch apart. 4. Unfold the tissue paper and glue the edges together to form a lantern. 5. Insert a small LED light into the center of the lantern and hang it from the ceiling.Tips:
